A: No, your annual membership price will remain the same for the lifetime of your continuous Membership. We believe that a lengthy period of global inflation is in the cards. If so, a fixed Membership fee represents a discount to Members that maintain their Membership for more than one year, and MineXWealth is taking on the inflation risk. If you remain a Member for many years, the savings could be considerable, as you will benefit from the compounding effect of significant inflation. It works the same way as compounding interest. This is our gift to committed Members. We believe in rewarding loyalty and are devoted to earning your renewal year after year.

Q: Do you offer a referral fee? A: Yes. MineXWealth offers a 10% lifetime discount to members who refer new subscribers to our services. The discount will be applied to the referring member's account and will remain in effect for the duration of their membership.

Q: Do you offer a full refund?
A: No. Because of the nature of our service, which consists largely of proprietary knowledge and tools that were very expensive, time consuming, and expertise intensive to develop, offering a refund exposes us to being taken advantage of in a manner that outweighs the marketing benefit of offering a full refund.

A: Yes, your Membership will be renewed automatically on an annual basis. We will send you reminder emails prior to the renewal date to ensure you are aware of the upcoming charge. You will also be able to manage your payment details and subscription on our payment processor's (Stripe) portal. Once you complete your initial payment, you will be able to login to Stripe with your email address using the following link, which you can bookmark for future use. The link will also be emailed to you once you complete the signup and payment process.

Q: Do you accept payment in currencies other than the U.S. Dollar? A: Yes. Via our third party payment processor, Stripe, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide. You can also pay, via Stripe, using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Link.

Stripe supports processing payments in 135+ currencies, but some card brands have limitations on supported currencies that charges can be made with. For example Visa and Mastercard can be used for all 135+ currencies. AMEX can be used for all currencies as well, except for Brazil, Malaysia, Thailand, and the UAE. As an investment begins to make significant gains as a result of the investment achieving key milestones, it simply makes sense to take our initial investment off the table, so that we are playing with house money. Q: How do I manage my subscription and how do I manage my payment details? A: We use a publishing platform called Ghost to manage your Membership and we use global payment provider Stripe to manage your payments. Once you have successfully completed your initial payment, you will be provided with access to both your membership settings on the Ghost platform as well as a Stripe link to your payment and auto-renewal details. You can also log into your Stripe payment details using the following link. This will allow you to manage your payment and renewal details.

Please know that we value your privacy and security. Therefore, we only collect the bare necessities of your personal information to manage your Membership, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We do not have access to your payment details (e.g. your credit card number). Stripe maintains your payment details as a reliable third-party payment processor.

Q: I'm concerned about my privacy—what happens if you get hacked?
A: We share your concern and prioritize privacy. Our intention is to collect as little information as possible from our Members. We never store more than the minimum needed to provide you with access to the services you've subscribed to, and even our payments are handled by a secure third-party provider. Although it is never possible to guarantee 100% online security, we have deliberately designed our systems to minimize the risk of sensitive data being compromised.
