We guarantee that the annual subscription fee you pay will not increase during the lifetime of your continuous membership. If you are not completely satisfied with your annual membership within the first 7 days, we will refund the membership fee minus a $750 visitor fee.  Should you cancel your membership after this 7 day period, and subsequently resubscribe, you will have to pay the then current annual membership fee according to the terms of service at the time. We reserve the right to modify our pricing for new subscribers at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your membership for violation of our Terms. As described in our Refund Policy above, if you cancel your membership after the initial 7 day refund period, we do not provide any further refund rights of any kind (pro-rated or otherwise), however, your subscription will continue through the remainder of your then current annual term and you will continue to enjoy the features and benefits of membership during that time period.
  4. Referral Discount: MineXWealth offers a 10% lifetime discount to members who refer new subscribers to our services. The discount will be applied to the referring member's account and will remain in effect for the duration of their membership.
  5. User Obligations and Prohibited Actions: As a member of MineXWealth, you agree to: a) Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others. b) Not share, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website or services without our permission. c) Not compete with MineXWealth or create similar services using our intellectual property for a period of 2 years after terminating your membership. d) Acknowledge that you are not a registered financial or investment professional or advisor and will not use our services to provide advice to a portfolio of clients large or small. e) Maintain the confidentiality of our information and not disclose it publicly or to third parties.
